Samuel M. P. Hutabarat graduated (Bachelor) and also hold Doctor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia (Doctor). Samuel M P Hutabarat attended law course at Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law in Hongkong  (HKU-Duke) (2008) and Asian Law Institute (ASLI) Fellowship Programme In National University of Singapore (NUS) (2012) He is the Founding Partners who established SHP Lawyers in 2024 and a Managing Partner of the firm.

Samuel M. P. Hutabarat is heavily engaged in all corporate and commercial practice as well as dispute resolution works of the firm. He has developed an extensive practice both in business commercial and dispute resolution. He has led and acted as practice group leaders within the firm in relation to: (a) Commercial Dispute Resolution; (b) Corporate & Investment; (c) Banking & Finance; (d) litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration (e) Securities Litigation; (f) Corporate & Commercial Litigation; (g) Corporate Crime Litigation; (h) Bankruptcy, Suspension of Payment & Intellectual Property Court; (i) Banking & Finance Litigation; (j) Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU);; (k) Labor; (l) Industrial Relation Dispute; and (m) Administrative Litigation.

He had experienced in dealing with complex debt restructuring transaction and drafting Restructuring Agreement as well as Security Documents, such as follows: (a) Corporate Guarantee; (b) Personal Guarantee; (c) Fiduciary Agreement; (d) Deed of Acknowledgement of Indebtedness; and (e) Deed of Mortgage.

He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Indonesia Bar Association (AAI). He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

She is a Partner of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Samuel Hutabarat & partners (SHP Lawyers). She graduated from Faculty of Law University Islamic Bandung of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum). She focuses his practice in civil and commercial, arbitration, administrative law and unfair business practices litigations, Bankruptcy, Suspension of Payment & Intellectual Property Court;

Devi Citra Utami is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI). She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Erika L. T. Hutabarat a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi). She her Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree from Sumpah Pemuda University, Palembang, (2009). Erika main areas of practice are Commercial litigation, industrial relation, family law, general corporate.

Reformanda Sihombing

Reformanda Sihombing obtained his Bachelor of Laws (SH) from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University with a concentration in Criminal Law and continued his Master of Laws (MH) studies from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia with a concentration in Economic Law.

Reformanda joined Samuel Hutabarat and Partners in 2022 with his current position as Associate Lawyer. At Samuel Hutabarat and Partners Law Firm, Reformanda has assisted clients in handling civil and commercial, criminal, administrative, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters. In addition to his expertise in dispute resolution, Reformanda is also experienced in advising his clients on various labour law matters.

Natasya Widjaja’s

Natasya Widjaja is an Associate at Samuel Hutabarat & Partners. She graduated with cum laude predicate from the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University in 2024, majoring in Civil law.

Ketut Krisna Hari Bagaskara P.

Krisna Bagaskara is an experienced litigation associate who has been a member of SHP Lawyers since 2024. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (SH) from Udayana University with a concentration in Criminal Law and Master of Laws (MH) from Udayana University with a concentration in Constitutional Law.

He is a licensed advocate from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). With a strong focus on dispute resolution, Krisna specializes his practices in criminal law, civil law, environmental law, and other general litigation matters. In addition to his proficiency in dispute resolution, Krisna is also well-versed in advising his clients on various legal issues.
